A one-year labor service is required on any heavy-duty scooter for a cost of $45 per serial number at the time of initial unit purchase.
10 Year Warranty on Excursion; Shoprider warrants that the frame will be free from defects under normal use for 10 years from the date of purchase by the original customer. - - 10year Warranty(limited read below in tech specs and additional details), Instruction manual and precautions, instructions to register your product for warranty. Also included on all Shoprider Mobility lines: For all White Glove Service requests, please indicate at the time of order placement for a price quote.
Shoprider to ship order within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order is received by noon (Pacific Time). Once the order is confirmed as shipped, the order will arrive at your ‘ship-to’ location within no more than 7 business days. This excludes special order items.
