If you’re not completely satisfied with the results after 30 days of continuous treatment, we will offer you a refund or further guidance.

All we ask is that you use the MOVE+ Pro 3-5 times per week for 5-15 minutes per day over 4 weeks. If there is still no improvement, we will provide you with a refund.

Shipping policy

Shipping Information

We ship our products internationally to numerous countries worldwide. Once you place your order, it will be processed by our warehouse within 1-2 days. Please note that there is no fulfillment during weekends and national holidays.  

Orders in the US will be shipped according to your preferred shipping method(Free Shipping, Economy, Standard, Express). Tracking will be provided via email as soon as the order has been released for fulfillment. 

Orders made to other regions will be shipped using our standard shipping courier, and a tracking code will be sent to your email address to confirm the shipment. 

All our shipping costs include import taxes and duty fees. However, we cannot always guarantee that some countries will not impose additional fees due to stricter controls. 

Please provide all required delivery information, including your contact number, to ensure safe delivery and avoid potential delays. Incomplete details may cause delays in shipping. 

 

Signature Required (USA Orders)

Orders in the States will not include signature required upon delivery by default but this can be done upon request. If you need to have your delivery signature required, contact our support team so we can process it. 
Note: Orders that have been shipped will no longer be eligible for this request.  

  

Shipping Costs 

Shipping cost estimates will be provided at the checkout page, before payment. You may input your shipping address to get a reference on the shipping price.  

If you’re unable to get an estimate on your shipping price, you may contact support at hello@kineon.io so we can manually check our system for the shipping fee.

Refund policy

We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, so if you don't notice improvements after following the guidelines for consistent daily use, then we will happily provide a refund (excluding shipping cost).

We recommend using the device consistently for 5-15 minute sessions every day for 30 days.


If you don't experience any reduction in pain, or reduced inflammation, please email info@rivete.store and we will kickstart the process on your behalf, keeping you informed throughout the process. 
With returns and shipping: Tracking Numbers are generated either from the carrier or if postage is paid by manufacturer, depending on the returns window or terms, you get a tracking number that you can trace using the link provided on this page.
