Total Delivery Time: Average 5-12 business days. Contingent upon the following conditions and scenarios:

Shipping Costs: The total delivery time is calculated based on handling time and transit time. For most products, you can expect delivery within 5–12 business days, including processing.

Special Considerations: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Free Shipping Eligibility: Available on orders over $150 and heavy items as mentioned below; will ship by LTL. FREE SHIPPING on all orders is available on orders of $150 and within the United States only at this time.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 within the United States qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Rates for Priority and Express Shipping are calculated in real-time at checkout.
  • Heavy Items: Items over 100 lbs require LTL freight shipping. Charges will be calculated in real-time at checkout, based on location and size.

Order Processing Times:

  • Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis or, in some cases, based on item weight, nature, and the vendor supplying that product and shipping it out to you. 
  • We do our best to always "process" and finalize payments, relay information to our brand partners on the same business day, usually within the first hour we receive them.
  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
  • For certain items, processing may take up to but not exactly. it could be shorter depending on our brand partners and who we work with, a broad delivery window of 5–7 business days. This is dependent on customization and availability. For example, consider a highly customized wheelchair, such as one with new upholstery or custom-colored textiles, or combined orders. This may either be shipped in one package or separately, once again keeping in mind, the items' total weight and dimensions. 
  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Special Shipping for Karman Mobility Products

Orders over $199 for Karman Mobility products qualify for free shipping. These items may follow unique shipping timelines, and any exceptions will be communicated promptly via email.

Special Shipping for Kineon MOVE+ PRo Products:

Free 1-2 Day Express Free Delivery within the United States with no handling fees and shipped by Kineon Move+Pro directly to you. 

Special Shipping From Kineon: Managed through Shopify Collective and in association with our Shipping & Returns Policies to ensure you get your order within 2-3 days.

Returns for Kineon Move+Pro: Easy No questions asked returns with the possibility to try your MOVE+pro for 30 days before committing to buy. Sounds like a really sweet deal to us! 

Special Returns & Shipping for ComfyGo: orders are processed within 1-5 business days on receipt of order and shipped via LTL, FedEx, Freight, DHl, UPS & USPS.

For returns: All returns are accepted; however, note that you may incur a standard 25% restocking and inspection fee. If the product is returned in a different condition than it was sent, a maximum of 50% damage fees is assessed on the price of the product. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Our return policies are outlined below to ensure transparency and fairness:

General Return Guidelines

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns are not limited to defective items and may be initiated for other valid reasons, such as dissatisfaction or incorrect shipments. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom or Heavy-Weight Items

Custom or heavy-weight items may not qualify for returns due to their specialized nature. Any exceptions will be outlined clearly for applicable products. Only in some cases it maybe given provided information and evidence for such returns are part of the return claim. 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status via email. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
