Dual 24 Volt 7.5 Ampere Hour rechargeable Lithium Ion batteries, and highly efficient dual 250 Watt (up to 500 Watt combined power output) on one charge, expect to travel up to 19 miles or beyond.

Wiring & Electronics 

IQ-9000 wiring, connectors, processor, motors, and controller are weather-resistant and can resist light rain and winds. It is important to understand that none of the electronics are weather or waterproof and should avoid heavy rains or submersion in water.

The MAJESTIC IQ-9000 AR is powered by dual 250-watt brushless silent motors, enabling it to easily conquer inclines of up to 10 degrees. Speed 

IQ-9000 has seven-speed selections and a limited top speed of 4 mph. The seven speed selections will deliver 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%, 90%, or 100% of the maximum speed with speed one being 15% of the maximum speed and speed five being 100% of the maximum speed.

Equipped with 360 Smart Joystick Controller.

The controller contains the power on/off button, the speed selection buttons, the horn button, the battery level display, and the 360-degree joystick controller. If your IQ-9000 supports the auto reclining feature, your controller will also include the recline and upright.

This state-of-the-art wheelchair features a digital joystick controller with an LCD for effortless navigation, alongside automatic reclining capabilities for maximum comfort during your journey. The quick-release function on the controller always ensures seamless operation.

The remote control allows you to maneuver the chair, adjust the speed, honk the horn, and recline the chair (if applicable). The remote control works at distances up to 30 feet.

Seating Area Width

The IQ-9000 is available with two seating options: a 17.5" wide seat or a 20" wide seat, known as the IQ-9000 Plus. The seat width is measured at the broadest point between the bars supporting the armrests.

The IQ-9000 offers unrivaled comfort through its memory foam gel inserts and silicone cushion technology, featuring a 16" cushion width. The IQ-9000 Plus, on the other hand, comes with an even more spacious 18" cushion width.

The IQ-9000 lightweight electric wheelchair is designed for maximum comfort, featuring a memory foam cushion with cooling gel inserts. For additional comfort and easy maintenance, you can also choose to add a leather cushion and backrest, which are easy to clean.

Anti-Tip Bars

For added stability and safety, the IQ-9000 wheelchair is equipped with adjustable anti-tip bars. These bars are designed to prevent the wheelchair from tipping over and provide extra support when navigating over uneven terrain or inclines.

MAINTENANCE & CARE

The IQ-9000 does not require much maintenance. Monthly cleaning, inspecting, and tightening of bolts and nuts should keep your wheelchair in good working order. Proper charging of the lithium-ion battery will prolong your battery life.

Please inspect your package and the nature it's delivered at the immediate day and time of delivery. Given that some products may not work as expected, a video illustrating why it wont work are required by company policies, to expedite your replacement or refund claims.

ComfyGO Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping & Delivery

All ComfyGO orders are processed within 1–5 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Deliveries are made by third-party carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier may contact you by phone to coordinate delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We ship within the contiguous United States only. International shipping is not available through Rivete.

ComfyGO Order Process

Once your order is received, ComfyGO verifies your details, prepares and customizes your mobility product to your specifications, conducts a final quality inspection, documents the serial number, and carefully repackages the item for safe transit directly to you.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is available for select ComfyGO products and includes scheduled delivery, professional in-home placement, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Contact us at info@rivete.store to inquire about White Glove availability for your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received your order within 5 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@rivete.store.

Lost packages: Please notify us in writing of any non-delivered packages within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. ComfyGO will not be responsible for lost parcels without timely notification.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on unused ComfyGO items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Return Fees

• Return Inspection Fee: $50 per item; $75 for trikes; 15% for accessories. Covers receiving, inspection, photography, and testing.
• Restocking Fee: Up to 50% of the product cost if the item is returned in a different condition than shipped, or if parts are damaged or missing.
• Processing Fee: 2.25% of the total product cost (non-refundable payment gateway charge).
• Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless the return is due to a ComfyGO error or defective product. Average return shipping cost: $99.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@rivete.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will coordinate with ComfyGO to issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Follow the return shipping instructions provided. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Important Return Conditions

• All original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
• Do not remove the UPC barcode or manufacturer seal until you have fully inspected and tested the product. Removal voids return eligibility.
• Used items are not eligible for return and are covered under their respective warranties.
• Items returned in violation of this policy will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Cancellations

Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, an RMA must be requested and restocking fees will apply. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

Inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If damage is present, mark the delivery as "DAMAGED" on the bill of lading or courier manifest at the time of receipt. Email photo evidence to info@rivete.store within 7 days of receipt to initiate a damage claim. Claims reported after 7 days cannot be processed.

Warranty

All new ComfyGO products are backed by a limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty details vary by product — refer to the Specs & Warranty section on the applicable product page. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or negligence, or normal wear components such as wheels, brakes, rubber parts, and accessories. A proof of purchase and serial number are required for all warranty claims.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  

We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  

If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee

• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible

• The item must be in stock on the competitors website

• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location

2. Bundled Offers:

3. Shipping and Handling:

   • The price match applies to the product price before shipping and handling charges. Any additional costs for shipping and handling will not be included in the price match calculation.

4. Limit of One Price Match:
