2. Adjust the Straps: Tighten the straps to ensure the device stays in place.
Step2:Tighten and ensure the click,Next up:Adjust your Preferred Settings and get familiar with your device: PRESS down on the power button of one of the modules until you hear all 3 Units beep, indicating they are activated.Select the therapy duration by pressing the power button.
3. Start Your Session: Use the device for 5-15 minutes per day for optimal results.

The MOVE+ uses low-angle emission LEDs and Infrared (IR) lasers to penetrate joint tissue, reduce pain and inflammation, and improve long-term recovery for chronic and acute conditions.
