Order Processing Times:

• We do our best to always "process" and finalize payments, relay information to our brand partners on the same business day, usually within the first hour we receive them.

• For certain items, processing may take up to but not exactly. it could be shorter depending on our brand partners and who we work with, a broad delivery window of 5–7 business days. This is dependent on customization and availability. For example, consider a highly customized wheelchair, such as one with new upholstery or custom-colored textiles, or combined orders. Always ensure the brake is on when getting on or off the scooter. Stay alert and don’t drive in areas where you wouldn’t walk safely.
