Introducing ComfyGO Care+ Protection Plans. These plans keep your mobility products protected. They ensure a hassle-free experience. Our plans provide extended coverage for your ComfyGO mobility products. Focus on your independence and mobility without worry. Choose from 2 Comprehensive and tiered structures, based on your requirements.

ComfyGO Care+ 2-Year Protection Plan This plan offers comprehensive protection for two years. It covers mechanical or electrical failures due to normal wear and tear. You can enhance your protection with battery coverage and Accidental Damage Handling. ComfyGO Care+ 3-Year Protection Plan This plan provides three years of comprehensive protection.  Similar to the 2-year plan, it covers mechanical or electrical failures from normal usage. Optional battery coverage and Accidental Damage Handling are also available.

All Protection Plan Highlights include: Coverage for mechanical and electrical failures. Optional battery coverage. Optional Accidental Damage Handling. Dedicated customer support. Hassle-free claims process.

What Is Not Covered? 
This includes pre-existing conditions, intentional damage, lost items, and damage from misuse or improper maintenance, among others. Please note that our Phoenix Carbon Fiber Wheelchair is not eligible for any of the ComfyGO Care+ packages.
How do I file a claim for service under the Protection Plan?
File a claim online at www.comfygomobility.com/claim, alternatively, we can facilitate a 3-way communication and jump aboard to assist you with this. 

Use the Contact Us Page to expedite your claims.  Or call 1-844-755-5055 to explain the issue. We will assist with troubleshooting.

For most online claims processes use the Contact Us page or email or initiate a chat in the bottom right window to info@rivete.store.

For those living in the SoCal region, Where ComfyGO is established; 

To file a claim for service under the COMFYGO CARE Protection Plan, you can either submit your claim online at www.comfygmobility.com/claim or call us toll-free at 1-844-755-5055.

When you contact us, please explain the problem you're experiencing. We will attempt to troubleshoot the issue, and if we cannot resolve it, you may be directed to an authorized service center.
What is the duration of the Coverage Term for this Protection Plan?
The plan depends on the term you select, the 2 years, or the 3-year comprehensive package, also dependent upon the type of coverage, standard coverage plan or added with battery or with the standard which is comprehensive care, battery, and accidental damage handling inclusive.

The duration of the Coverage Term for the COMFYGO CARE Protection Plan varies between two (2) to three (3) years. This coverage starts on the Coverage Start Date, which begins after any applicable Waiting Period.

What should I do if my Covered Product Experiences a mechanical failure?
If your Covered Product experiences a mechanical failure, you should file a claim as previously outlined by contacting us via the claims website or by calling our toll-free number. We will assist you in troubleshooting the problem and may direct you to an authorized service center if needed.

No Lemon Policy  If a covered Product requires three repairs for the same issue within twelve months, it will be replaced or a cash settlement will be provided.
Are there any exclusions or limitations in the coverage provided by this protection plan?
Yes, there are exclusions and limitations in the coverage provided by this Protection Plan. For instance, it does not cover pre-existing conditions before the Coverage Start Date and damage resulting from intentional actions, loss, theft, or accidents not covered by optional coverage like Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH). Additionally, maintenance and repairs due to issues outside normal use and manufacturer defects covered by warranty are excluded from this Protection Plan. For a complete list of exclusions, please refer to Section 9 of the Terms and Conditions.

Manufacturer Terms & Conditions 

Congratulations on purchasing a ComfyGO Care Protection Plan. Please read these terms carefully to understand your coverage fully. Review the Order Summary or purchase receipt provided at the time of purchase for specific details.


1. Definitions

"We," "Us," and "Our" refer to COMFYGO, INC., located at 8746 Kimball Avenue, Chino, CA 91708. You can reach us at 1-844-755-5055 or info@comfygomobility.com.  

"You" and "Your" refer to the individual or entity that purchased this Protection Plan or transferred the plan appropriately.


The following terms are defined in the Order Summary:

Protection Plan Price. The cost of the Protection Plan you purchased.

Coverage Start Date. The date coverage begins immediately with confirmation of checkout and payment successful. 

Waiting Period: The time between purchase and coverage start, where issues are pre-existing and not covered.

Coverage Term. The duration of coverage is from two to three years based on the plan purchased.

Covered Product: The product covered by this plan.

Coverage Amount: The purchase price of the Covered Product.

Coverage Type: The level of coverage you purchased.

Deductible: The applicable deductible for claims, if any.


Coverages and Terms

This Protection Plan covers mechanical or electrical failures during normal use. It complements any existing manufacturer's warranty and provides additional benefits. Replacement parts may be new, rebuilt, or non-original.


Optional Coverages

When choosing the comprehensive All-inclusive Care plan, these are included in your payment (one time or unless you set up a payment plan for your product(s) at checkout.

Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH): Additional coverage for drops, spills, and liquid damage if elected. It does not cover theft, cosmetic damage, or loss of small items.  

Battery Coverage: Coverage for battery repairs or replacements, available for newly purchased or refurbished products.

No Lemon Policy 

If a covered Product requires three repairs for the same issue within twelve months, it will be replaced or a cash settlement will be provided.

Service of Your Product

We may repair your product, offer a cash settlement, or replace it based on the failure circumstances.

Place of Service.

For items that can be shipped, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You must send your Product safely packaged. We will service it within five business days of receipt if covered.

Limit of Liability

Our total payout for repairs or replacements will not exceed the Coverage Amount. We are not liable for incidental damages.


Your Responsibilities.

Provide proof of purchase and maintain your Product per the manufacturer's instructions.

Shipping & Handling of your replacement within the plan

A 20% deductible of the retail price applies to shipping and handling for replacement claims.

Transfer of Protection Plan. This plan is transferrable under certain conditions. See Transferability In Plan Features above.

 

Cancellation of Plan(s).

You can cancel this Protection Plan within 30 days. To do so, email info@comfygomobility.com or call us at 1-844-755-5055.

Arbitration Any claims will be settled through binding arbitration. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and class actions.
