Pairing with Theragun Mini Gen 3 and Theragun Mini + Plus
For a combined calf session using both devices:
Pre-Activity:Sweep the Theragun Mini along calf muscle fibers for 30 seconds. Follow with Recovery Pulse sleeve on High vibration for 15 minutes.
Post-Activity:Use the Theragun Mini on tight areas for 2 minutes (Standard Ball or Thumb attachment). Wear RecoveryPulse sleeve for 30–45 minutes on Low or Wave mode.
Usage Note:Avoid bony areas of the ankle and the area directly behind the knee when using the Theragun.
