Motors

• The lightweight IQ-9000 travel chair is equipped with two 250W brushless silent motors. Each motor operates independently, delivering a combined motor power of 500W.

• With a motor torque of 1.1Nm, these motors have the capability to climb inclines up to 10 degrees.

Intelligent Electromagnetic Brakes

• Intelligent Electromagnetic Brakes provide several benefits for wheelchairs, including improved safety, smoother braking, and reduced wear and tear on the wheelchair's components. They also require less maintenance and have a longer lifespan compared to other braking systems.

• Additionally, electromagnetic brakes can help prevent the wheelchair from rolling away when parked on a slope or incline, providing greater peace of mind for the user.

Travel Friendly

• The IQ-9000 is a lightweight foldable travel wheelchair. The 7.5AH (180WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.

Reclining

• The IQ-9000 is available with an optional auto reclining feature. At its full upright position, there is a 10° angle on the backrest. By using the joystick controller or remote control, the backrest will recline up to 55° from the upright position.

• The reclining feature of the IQ-9000 provides additional comfort to the user and should only be used when the wheelchair is stationary. Do not use the recline feature while the chair is in motion as this could lead to tipping and severe injuries.

Controller (Joystick)

• This state-of-the-art wheelchair features a digital joystick controller with an LCD display for effortless navigation, alongside automatic reclining capabilities for maximum comfort during your journey. The quick-release function on the controller always ensures seamless operation.

• The controller contains the power on/off button, the speed selection buttons, the horn button, the battery level display, and the 360-degree joystick controller. If your IQ-9000 supports the auto reclining feature, your controller will also include the recline and upright buttons.

Cushion & Backrest

• Experience added comfort and easy maintenance with the leather cushion and backrest of our electric wheelchair.

• The IQ-9000 lightweight electric wheelchair is designed for maximum comfort, featuring a memory foam cushion with cooling gel inserts. For additional comfort and easy maintenance, you can also choose to add a leather cushion and backrest, which are easy to clean.

Remote Controller

• The IQ-9000 comes with a remote controller. The remote control allows you to maneuver the chair, adjust the speed, honk the horn, and recline the chair (if applicable). The remote control works at distances up 30 feet.

Speed

• The IQ-9000 has seven speed selections and a limited top speed of 4 mph. The seven speed selections will deliver 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%, 90% or 100% of the maximum speed with speed one being 15% of maximum speed and speed five being 100% of maximum speed.

Seating Area Width

• The IQ-9000 is available with two seating options: a 17.5" wide seat or a 20" wide seat, known as the IQ-9000 Plus. The seat width is measured at the broadest point between the bars supporting the armrests.

• The IQ-9000 offers unrivaled comfort through its memory foam gel inserts and silicone cushion technology, featuring a 16" cushion width. The IQ-9000 Plus, on the other hand, comes with an even more spacious 18" cushion width.

An optional ComfyGO Care+ warranty can be purchased to provide up to 3 years of coverage for batteries and electronics. Can I turn my wheelchair on or off with the remote control?

The wheelchair must be powered on for the remote control to first pair and work with your chair.

Will my wheelchair arrive fully assembled upon delivery?

Mostly assembled but some minor parts with easy installation are included. You may also opt for added service and extended care and coverage with ComfyGO Care plan.

Is my wheelchair suitable for travel on airplanes or cruise ships?

Absolutely! Everything about the Majestic lineage screams take me with you!

And so you should, because it's dual 7.5AH (180WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.

Long battery life with an overnight charge 6-8 hours gets you upto or sometimes over 19 miles in range.

Can I operate my wheelchair safely with the backrest reclined?

The wheelchair will still work if the backrest is reclined. However we advise to err on the side of caution and not over-recline, esp at maximum speed limit, for fear of tipping.

Using the Wheelchair in a way not advised, overriding safety and manual instructions can be fatal and in no way does Rivete Smart Suite or it's Partner Manufacturer, ComfyGO assume any liability or responsibility for negligent use herein.

This feature in the standard IQ9000 on this page can only maximally recline to 55 degrees with the joystick and/ RC. In the upright position, there is a reclination of 10 degrees from total upright position.

How do I charge the lithium-ion battery of my wheelchair?

The lithium-ion battery can be charged through the joystick controller or directly on the battery.

The charge time for an empty battery is 6-8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and unplug it from the power outlet. In the event your wheelchair has run out of battery and you have no way to charge it, yes your IQ series wheelchairs can function as a manual wheelchair.

You may push the wheelchair and treat it as a manual wheelchair.

Can I install my Controller on either side of my Wheelchair?

Yes. It comes with the controller set up on your right side but you can change it to the left as you please.

Does the arm-rest raise?

Yes the armrests on both sides can raise, making it easier for you to get in or out of the wheelchair. This also makes it easier to navigate at restaurants, and pull yourself closer to a table.

Can I silence the "Beeping" sound while my wheelchair is reversing?

Possible yes you can. Remove the beeping noise, press the (+) key on the controller until you reach the top speed then hold the button down until you see the amber light in the middle of the display.

Quickly press the horn button and the beeping will stop. Repeat these steps if you want the beeping sound back.

Is my Remote Controller Readily Paired with my Wheelchair?

Yes. The remote control comes paired with your chair. If your remote loses its pairing, please watch the video on the page, to establish connectivity.
